stromverbrauchig möchte ich außerdem einen Rechner ins Auto einbauen,

Es ist eher die Hälfte, also 55 Watt max beim Duron gegen 30 beim
Celeron.

Immer weiter runtergehen und dann einfach zwei Stufen zuruec (also
0,1 Volt).

Wie gesagt: IN Kombination von underclocken und undervolten kommt man

Viel Spass beim Testen. Frag auch mal bei tomshardware und berichte
vor allem mal von deinen Ergebnissen.
Dazu vieleicht auch noch eine Anmerkung: Normale Strommessgeräte sind
bei wechselnden Lasten nicht sonderlich genau. Einen Kühlschrank
messen die gut, aber ein Gerät, das dauernd die Leistungsaufnahme
ändert, eher schlecht.
